  1. I started counting calories today because I'm getting a gut. I'm 195lbs at 6' but I feel like I should be at 170 at the most. Two cake donuts 600 calories. One can of mountain dew 170 calories. Chips and cheese sauce 200 calories. I'm up to 2,100 or so today. Fuck!

    Anyway, my mile took 10:22. I used to do it in 6:40. Fuck.

      Yeah that starting over from the beginning thing is the worst part about fitness. Its like playing Doom 2, if you workout long enough you can fight the Spider Masterminds and Archviles In The Spirit World. Take a break for just a couple weeks and your back to fighting imps and zombiemen at Entryway. Boring!!

      I did a fair bit of cycling over the summer and it culminated in accidentally (seriously) going out one afternoon and covering about 24 miles. Warm day, I didn't take any water and the terrain where I am is anything but flat :P
      Survived though, yet I doubt I could cycle 1 mile now :(

      Not boring, dissapointing and sometimes kind of depressing.
