This looks amazing, my thoughts exactly about the BFG10000 tearing apart Mars, now this is the kind of mission design I love to see.. I wonder if there was more actually revealed? More than likely, there had to have been other parts seeing how it abruptly just cut ;)

Rgr that, wasn't trying to be. I understand your position and respect that. Well, unto the movie. Now I'd imagine the director making some serious decisions in the coming week/weeks/ either showing better new content, or delaying the living hell out of this in hopes to pull a win after ungodly editing skills, possibly. I was hoping to see the trailer turn out better as just a fan of all things doom, not this movie or cast per say. I wonder how tony will react in the coming weeks, most likely feels some resent I'd imagine..

When I look back at the trailer, I realize now its really the audio that killed it for most. The first 15 seconds, when you hear phobos is under attack and some demon screaming etc is all good, then the remaining zombie scenes just seemed like some resident evil scene, I understand. And The die die die part was a poor choice to include in this one 30 second segment, seeing as your have no idea what let up to that cheese, so a poor trailer doesn't always do a full movie justice. Anyway, hopefully the director takes notes, and maybe shows a full 3 minute segment? would clear up some directing sights so to speak? Anyone agree? Things that I ENJOYED - The spaceship The phobos landscape the set design the imp looking demon Negatives - DIEDIEDIE poor scene choices Should have had more of a build up Semi cheese lines

The outpouring of negativity is downright disgusting, I read most of the twitter replies and reddit garbage.. not impressed by the community other than doomworld" I can understand some bitching.. it's just going to far now. Like beating the dead horse and burning its fucking ashes. As a DOOM fan I couldn't be any more happy with Eternal on its way. However Now let's destroy every fucking one associated with this new film.. death threats to the guys family for crying out loud.. that's real class. Believe me when I say this No One deserves the kind of shit spewed at Tony and the cast, that being said I believe this was suppose to be another "fun" doom film, obviously the female cast isn't suiting well.. still Ill watch the movie. Just don't expect me to join in on the gang rape. Besides that, the actually set design looks good, the imp looking demon was cool. I still would like to see some good come out of this. If it's possible at this time.

I loved everything about the reveal, now after all this time. My only wanted fix would be to BOOST the bass up on the plasma rifle. Or go with the original sound slightly modded. It just sounds like it can literally sound way better. Other than that loved everything they had to offer, hopefully we hear more news soon!

Notice Mars in the background of that one shot? Could this actually be Deimos? What else could be that close to Mar's orbit? And we've seen a bit of Phobos so.. ideas? Also those mountains kind of give off a classic phobos background vibe aswell.. hmm

Here's a good hq view of the Phobos set, Also the alive UAC employee interaction is great, love how the Doomslayer simply cannot ask for the keycard and drags him over to enter, then grabs that awesome plasma rifle from one of the stunned guards.

All with that beautiful view of Mars, the indoor facility seemed nice and dark as well. Sort of a new reinvisioned Phobos, still very impressed.

Amazing from my honest thoughts, and the environment is on point. That Phobos landscape was stunning!!!!

Literally all weapons combos can be mastered in the right hands I've found. Yep, everyone. That's what separates this from other MP games, there is literally no best choice it really just depends on what your good with. I've found recently even the Static rifle is a mini gauss cannon of destruction in the right hands, it can literally go good with any other weapon combo. A fully charged shot and either a shotgun blast or a few well placed rounds with the assault rifle and its a wrap. Or the Sniper rifle, one well placed headshot and its over depending on there armor. Then again; you can find a potent combo with anything. The key is utilizing both our your weapons power and your items effectively as quickly as possible when the actions begins. Speed and violence of action gents ;) Keep calm and respawn ;)

Infact it would be great to wake up on either Phobos or Deimos before even coming close to earth, visit a few throwback locations before leaving, seeing Mars in flames from the argent destruction outbreak, as a mission prelude before the campaign so to speak.

Still hoping for a renewed, reinspired Phobos location from knee deep in the dead, I dont know man. There's just something iconic about going back to Phobos, and I would hope to see it somehow in this one. Even if was go to some "hanger" through a portal to find a key and return, it would still be a great throwback'

Despite Hines recent statement about not remembering what he said, all these cacodemons/revenants are making it seem like they intend to do something "Doom" related. What that is, who knows just yet... Soon... Very soon

All these cacodemons being advertised on the walls just says something must be said about DOOM, whetter its sequel related or not time will tell... even just a confirmation would be awesome.
