None of my email addresses showed up in any of the leaks - but an old email address I registered in 96 did - kinda odd considering I haven't used that email for 12 years - well before any of these games came out :/

I usually skip the reviews and head for the comments. I do that for a lot of sites, not just DW newstuff. If a level really stands out, its mentioned in the comments so I'll play them - I dont rely on the reviews themselves.

Is it still considered a stunt if the aim is to hurt/mulitate/maim?

I preordered it, deliberately ignored the reviews as to not color my opinions of it prior to playing. Unfortunately there is a reason why its getting horrid reviews. The game simply sucks. Fortunately I got Starcraft 2 at the same time and have been playing that to erase the memories of DNF from my skull.

Not that I found when I went looking yesterday. Most are clips on youtube that don't sound anything like what they are trying to play. They both just resolve to the plain ol google page for me.

I played a lot of TF2, on about 5 different New Zealand servers. Not once did I encounter any problems with the community and or regulars on those servers. On the odd occasion I'd mute some voice users or lower the volume*. I'd still be playing now, if it weren't for the fact I don't have internet at home yet. I've not bothered with the items, crafting, hats, etc and find myself sticking with the soldier class - I don't perform that well with the others unfortunately. *It could get pretty funny though, like someone playing Rise of the Valkyries in the last minutes of the match or everyone talking like posh british citizens. Edit: The best thing to do is get a group of friends to play, the fun factor increases immensely when you know the people you play with.

How does a boot sector dying cause a BSOD? I can understand it not booting, but it shouldnt be referenced/access whilst its running? I had this with a relatives machine - just up and rebooted itself randomly. It turned out to be a BSOD, but it'd reset so quickly you'd never see it. I ran Blue Screen View which showed the issue to be with the ATI driver. I'd be surprised if it were Windows itself in your case, but you never know.

I dislike coffee, yet love the smell. Go figure. I get my caffeine fix via Coke/Energy drinks.

I think its a real shame that Christians seem to jump on these bandwagons without researching it first and coming to their own conclusions (which the bible instructs us to do); you don't just simple accept what a person tells you. You have easily demonstrated how easy it was to discount this (never mind you aren't Christian) using the bible - so why haven't they? Are they to busy listening to the "Church"? Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. All this ends up doing is make us look stupid.

Didn't realize it but Wolfy is 19 years old today. I still have to get around to completing the 2009 release, after getting stuck with one particular boss. Though I argue that Wolfenstein 1-D is the best version to date.

There is a mirror of the site up and running and various mediafire downloads/torrents floating around. I use to trawl through it every now and then, but to me its just another piece of dross on the intertubes. Funny for a bit and then something else comes along.

Only in one particular area. Mr T nails it though: The games available on consoles/PCs do not translate well to portable gaming devices. The exceptions are indie games, or small well thought out games unique to the device. I love games that I can pick up and play for a while; not something I have to devote hours to. When I went looking for these types of games, the only ones I could find were LocoRoco and a scattering of others. This will likely change a bit with the PSP Go and switching to a download model rather than the horrible UMDs; but becoming a publisher for PSP games is not easy and out of question for most indies'. Does make me wish I had jailbroken my PSP though, most of my issues with it would have been gone in an instant.

Had the PSP released more casual/indie style games that you can now get on Iphone/Android, I would have never sold mine. Everything available were unoriginal rehashes of existing Playstation games.

I don't use protection, it feels much better, despite the child support payments. Seriously though, I use Security Essentials. Before that I used nothing for over a year and had any problems. Prior to that it was Avira and AVG (which is now horribly bloated)
