I see. Well, my hope was to play PSX Doom with analogue controls but other than PSX Final Doom, there is nothing else. Thank you again for your efforts. I am still playing PsyDoom and enjoy it a lot. -

I admit, haven't played Doom on the PSX at the time due to the controls (FPS controls on consoles were terrible then) but I would like to experience the limitations it had. Taking emulation and the video from Digital Foundry as a reference, it seems that the frame rates are really good for a 90s console with this game. I just wanted the game to be authentic as possible with the convenience of this port to PC (which i really do appreciate and hope it works out between the developer and his/her employer). Below is the video from DF, starting at the moment they talk about the frame rates. -

Hi, Not sure if this has been asked before but: Is it possible to emulate the frame drops which the original PSX had with this game? I tried lowering the amount of MBits available in the ini files, but it doesn't seem to help. Thank you in advance. -

I hate the Character progression. You need to kill some deamons in a way to unlock something and for me that takes away a huge chunk of your freedom within the game. -

Personally i don't use lockdowns provided by SnapMap because it takes away immersion. I use a logic chain where the doors close and lock when monsters spawn. I then create another logic chain where the doors get unlocked after the room is cleared.

Actually i wanted to contact you for obvious reasons. But one of the benefits of working with you would be the fact that i also live in the Netherlands and would like to invite you to our teamspeak channel ts.bug-community.com. There are at least 3 Doom players and i'm the only one that is trying to make some SnapMaps. I have created one map which is too basic and started making a second one that will be closer to the classic maps (key hunting, ambushes and traps). I don't plan to overload you with questions and stuff, I just want someone which i share interests with. Hope to see you there.

Upload your map and give us the ID. We can troubleshoot better that way. -
That is the effect of the transformation. Says so in the logs. Flesh go's away and bone structure gets bigger.

Ping!!! Why in the hell would they replace ping numbers with connection bars? Why are game developers making players more unaware of pings by replacing them with bars that have no standard set across games(Developers set their own requirements for how much ping each bar represents). 100ms might be 1 out of 4 in one game but 3 out of 4 bars in another game!

About you first answer: As far as i can remember, this option doesn't allow me to adjust the damage output of weapons individually. Should i use filters and the player proxy?

- How can i change the damage output of weapons? - Is there a way to drop boxes on top of boxes without making them clip trough each other? Pressing the directional buttons or moving it with the mouse go's to fast. - Is there a way to change the theme of a room with a activator? - Is it possible to raise the max armor, health and ammo a player can carry? Tnx in advance.

Do you have any tips on putting boxes (last screenshot) on each other without clipping them? I need to be precise when doing so and this takes a lot of time when adding too many boxes. -
Tnx for the tip. Ill try to create multiple custom monster groups then. Kill one group, spawn another.
