Doombuilder is an editor that supports multiple ports. You're asking about a port feature. Assuming GZDoom, this port has ACS scripts with different methods of activation, including when a player dies or respawns. Within a script you can manipulate stuff, including music. -

Usually, my initial map population has nothing to do with any settings. It's just there to test if any given area does not have issues with ranges or blocks. If a player is at A, can a projectile from an Imp at B actually reach the player, or does it get blocked by any geometry? Does a monster at B actually pose a treat, or is too likely to wander off, get stuck somewhere or roam uselessly in some alcove? What are the number of monsters I can put at B without interference? How long until monsters at B can reach / attack players at A? Only when I've tested / adjusted the above do I start thinking about properly setting up the combat for that area in the way I had in mind. For regular combat I usually design from a HMP point first; for complex situations usually from UV down. Ditto for health pickups and bare-minimum mandatory ammo. My (custom) extraneous ammo pickups auto-adjust to a player-chosen difficulty. I don't adjust powerups. Then again, most of times any given powerup is not placed with a specific arena / fight mind but somewhere between different combat situations, so a player can chose for themselves where / when they want to use it. -
As a (rare) exception to the rule, I've temporarily pinned this thread to get some more eyeballs on it.

On post deletions: people can already edit their own posts. You can also request an admin to (temporarily or permanently) block your account, or bulk hide your posts. This is usually done for people who are afraid their old shenanigans come up in a background check. -
