  1. Tonight I'm going to be cooking parmesan mushroom chicken with wild rice for the girlfriend. I got to wondering what the most complicated meal was and sadly this would probably be right up there. What's the most complicated or thought-out, etc meal you've ever (successfully) made?

I just successfully made Leftovers Casserole.
It's like the palate is so confused, it gives up and assumes everything tastes good.

I once made a pot of chili, but that was with my mom's help.

I think the most complicated thign I made all by myself was a batch of eskimo cookies (basicaly chocolate and oats rolled in confectioner's sugar). I also experiment with stuff in the kitchen by adding this and that to simple recipes (say hamburgers, eggs, and the like), or I just make stuff up (like raisin bread/cream cheese sandwiches or tricuits covered in pizza sauce and mozerella), so you can say I OVER-complicate when cooking. :P

Also, I can make the most fucking perfect scrambled eggs.

I can make homemade pizza, along with maybe half a dozen other main course items, like spaghetti.
