I know I did a lot of bad stuff but at least I regret doing those. Some people don't regret doing such things, though. Now, I just think that if they can get away with everything bad they do, then God will be the judge of them.

Your favourite animal, and why.

I like both cats and dogs, here's a photo of our family's pets: -
I hold grudges...sometimes for years. I can't tolerate backstabbers and people who use me for their own selfish ways and don't care if that friendship ends because of that. I will gladly laugh at their suffering when they had it coming because they deserve it.

You can try LegenDoom, here's a gameplay sample of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuOWphQHPrw

I've completely switched to QZDoom, goodbye ZDoom.

My 2 cents: Speaking of social accounts, I logged in here using one (although I don't use social media that much as some people turn into narcissistic, spoiled individuals because of it...I get it, you pictured a $200 steak that's about to be eaten by you / taking selfies every hour and posting it for all the people to complement and boost your already bloated ego...I don't give a shit). Hell, every time I log on to one, I just post something and I don't care if people react to it or not since I have more important matters to do than stare at Facebook all day and arguing with people who have different opinions than you like trying to win in a contest full of mentally-challenged people. Quite frankly, using social media to promote Doomworld and boost its user base is a good idea. Some people don't like the idea of social media itself...I completely sympathize with them for various reasons. But at least you don't need another account to log on to this site. Sometimes, changes happen and you can either move with the flow or stay like a rock...but rocks tend to chip over time as the current rages on.

"Lost civilization" pre-release. Feedback would be nice :)

Finally played until Map 06, pretty fun especially when I added LegenDoom to it. -
When I get frustrated at games, I quit then go back to playing it later after a while. Usually, that works. Throwing your PC or console to the wall if you get frustrated from playing another generic, modern FPS is something only lunatics do.

Non-id designs that strike you as unarguably "Doom"

Another one, this time from Lost Civilization: -

I see the point of "losers" no longer having a bastion of hell to stay...to make sure that they don't make an ass of themselves further.

Environments look nice and detailed. Will try it one of these days. By the way, it's "Civilization." Sorry for the grammar-nazi tendency. -
Had to use cheats for PS1 Final Doom since the controls are stiff and I didn't have an analog controller at that time.

Well then, there's no such thing as Doom 3 since there's no triple-barreled shotgun there. Moving forward...there are things that I liked about Doom 2: 1) Expanded bestiary. 2) Experimental "fun" levels such as Level 08 (Tricks and Traps), Level 20 (Gotcha!) and Level 23 (Barrels 'O Fun). 3) Secret levels based on Wolfenstein. 4) The super shotgun. 5) The end boss. Of course, the original Doom wins when it comes to level design and I prefer the hellish atmosphere of Episode 3 than the later levels of Doom 2.

Having lurked here for a few years, I don't mind the new forum look although I'm going to miss those "loser" posts a bit.

I still collect old Spawn figures...the articulated kind.

Not sure if this counts but I like the urban setting and buildings found in "Doom 2 Reloaded." It puts the urban setting of the original Doom 2 to shame. -
1) I play Final Doom on the lowest skill setting since I find the game too hard. 2) I prefer playing classic Doom games with SmoothDoom + Music and SFX from PS1 Doom. 3) I usually enjoy playing maps that have limit-removing elements.

Doom, as a kid, taught me the following: 1) Shotguns are your best friend in the game. 2) You no longer fear Satanic imagery if you've killed enough demons and Cyberdemons. 3) There's such a thing as a "one man army."

My avatar came from Spawn - the Black Knight figure circa 1998:
