  1. I just realized that 'especially' and 'specially' are two different words. This is a bit confusing, since in Spanish there's only one word for that, but I'll have to get used to it.

      Just think of it as specially meaning "for a special purpose." If that doesn't fit, use especially.


      I had a hard time learning Spanish as well. To accept in Portuguese is aceitar. Rubber is borracha. Octopus is polvo. Along with the slightly differently word order here and there, it's just enough to constantly trip you up.

      It may be somewhat confusing at times, but I really like learning other languages. Well, just English in my case, but I think it's a great tool. I wouldn't be in here if it wasn't for that!
