  1. For games like fast paced or action based, i like to set me goalpoints, that would be 1 or 2 levels per sesion, or a time for play, if i want to still play, i'll just extend my time more. That's how i complete various FPS for diverses game devs.

     

    For RPG, i'll try to play like this was a old rpg, so like, mostly use a sub class and make that my tier of leveling. that's how my Oblivion character does only combos with dual dagger and little of magic.


  2. Emulators become a legal problem when it's on a space where it's not used by preservation but instead piracy like almost all players of yuzu was.

    The well being of the games on the past console/systems always would be first the original company, for example iD software does not really needed Doom 64 being ported for PC, but because they know people care, and they now some devs care, they made a nice port. Capcom or others company also do this but instead with recopilations or just ports of their olders game and sell it again for 30$.

    Emulation it's mostly regarded as just that, Emulation of some games that would be impossible to reproduce or buy,  like rigth now would be many games from PS2 or 3DS.


  3. I recommend HROT if you like some Quake level design but be aware some levels are just hard punishment for mistakes (mostly ep.1 and early ep.2).

     

    You can Also cheek slipseer to download mods and addons from Quake 1, many of them expand the lore for the original game, or make it full original ideas.

     

    Hopefully also you can check the free Demo of Disdain it's a inspired Quake game but on VKDoom.

    That's also very good, but i expected the option being there when you create the profile, but anyways, helps both partys of the inmersive players and the inmersive players that need to do stuff every 5 minute.


  5. Played the game after all those years on EA.

    i'm very glady they changed some aspects of the gameplay desing, mostly the nail chaingun (having the rigth click do the same type of shoots but more focused was boring, and the unbalanced Super Shotgun rigth click of the original made stuff trivial. I still like the soul theather mechanics and it's good it's only 1 now, to force players to use instead of saving all unto the end of the levels. This game always gave me a aspect of Darks Souls so this make it more in par-

     

    Still not played all the levels in but gonna leave a good review-

    I don't really think so, as many years ago Doom had a popularity not only for levels wad but gameplays wads that do a great change's of Doom Gameplays, even now more de hacked wads that's changes some aspects of some weapon or enemy's or include others enemy's more alike for the .wad feels more accepted

  8. Why Doomguy don't kill forever the icon of Sin, there a l o r e reason because he like to sell more games to be popular? or he stupid?

    Why Doomguy it's a viking and a girl in this official add ons, he can change whatever he wants? He can be John Wick?

    Very subtly joke asides, i really like the officials addons because they made some pins for the authors, their articles in the DoomSlayers Club it's intereseting and it's just cool that something that being done by fans it's shared for free for play even in consoles where the mods are something that can be impossible or need to be a paid DLC.
