I speak only from when I was younger, which I used cheats for because I simply wasn't good enough to play without them.

Idkfa is the 'get out of jail free' cheat. it helps you in every situation, be it needing a key, or guns.

IDBEHOLD is a more utility cheat. While it can give you a massive advantage depending on what you use (IDBEHOLDV for example) It will not help you do that puzzle that you cant figure out, or find that switch hidden.

Or IDBEHOLDA for the map and L for the goggles...or even I for invisible and try some challenge...
