Blood has Death Wish, Quake has Arcane Dimensions, Doom doesn't have an equivalent. Why? There's too much good stuff, can you imagine that?!

I would agree that Doom almost has too much good stuff.
Off the top of my head I'd say Eviternity, Sunlust, Ancient Aliens, Rekkr, Going Down and Valiant are pretty much the cream of the crop regarding current Doom wads. This community is blessed by the thriving mapping and modding scene which tirelessly keeps pumping out incredible content year after year.
