Someone should make a WAD in which they replace the pickup sound with that noise, and then litter the ground with health and armor bonuses. :-)

... Then all we need is a re-creation of the Pac-Man maze as a Doom map.

I prefer the Ms. Pac-Man pellet eating sound.
