DOOM was not an arcade game and came out in December of 93. DOOM 3 was released in 2003 and again not an arcade game. No idea what it could be.
  2. I startded saying it around 95.

Do People Really Like Classic Doom For What It Is?

No, we hate it. We've just been pretending this whole time to seem cool.

    Why do Christians hate DOOM?

I don't think they do, but if they do who cares?

    Potato's Eternal Gameplay Analysis

This is hard to read because the word "shotty" makes blood shoot out of my eyes.

Is Mick Gordon running out of ideas?

Most people don't know enough about music to talk about music.

Is Mick Gordon running out of ideas?

No thank you. More big ass drums and glitches.

Doomworld Musicians, serenade us with your beautiful music!

I uploaded some procedurally generated music to my bandcamp recently. I put some new stuff on soundcloud too. https://noisehelmet.bandcamp.com/ https://soundcloud.com/noisehelmet

Is Mick Gordon running out of ideas?

I don't think he is. Also I wouldn't describe anything he has ever done as "nu-metal" especially since that is kind of a bullshit term anyway. I've heard a lot of his stuff and it's pretty varied and interesting, especially from a sound design point of view. I like his stuff because there's so much going on. Has a lot of layers. I don't need music to be "catchy". It just needs to be interesting.

    Procedural music

It can also be frustrating for some people I think. I can spend an hour working on something and save it and when i load it, everything is slightly different. The software does what it wants to do.

    Procedural music

Mixtikl and wotja does a lot more than just rearrange notes. It's really hard to describe. Generative music now is really complex and one of the most esoteric ways i've ever ever tried to make music. I mostly use synthesizers and drum machines for my music

Anyone else feel you should care about politics but you don't?

Almost everyone who talks about politics doesn't know enough about politics to be talking about politics.
