  1. I currently have a ATI Radeon 9600XT 128MB DDR, and I wanted to know what a good graphics card upgrade would be. I am looking for something which is no more than $200 (preferably $100-$150) and is good. I would prefer it to be Nvidia or ATI. Also, I know that some cards like the 9700 are supposedly worse, than the 9600, and the 9800 is better than both. Since it isn't straightforward I wanted to get some opinions. Also I heard that a new generation of graphics cards were coming out this summer. Has this happened yet, or will it happen? If it has or will, how much will the cards cost? Thanks!

Hmm, I have a gig of Geil Value Ram, a Pentium 4 3GHz, and 120gb hard drive. I doubt I need to upgrade this anytime soon, except maybe add a new harddrive in a year or so.
