Honestly, I don't really have much to want for Christmas other than money but I might give myself a bootleg Fumo this year since I can't afford authentic ones. I don't know what character I want to get yet though.

After some thinking, I finally got to playing Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and it really shows its age. It feels and looks so different compared to the next games, I got to Stage 5 in my first playthrough, I haven't seen Sakuya yet since I died at the start of the stage. ZUN's EoSD portraits look a lil' funny in a good way, just saying:

Just something that came pop in my mind a while back when I saw some of the crazy stuff people made in the Doom Pictures Thread, stuff someone wouldn't imagine being in the Doom engine. So it got me thinking "These guys must have done a lot of maps to get this far." so now I ask, what was the biggest project that you've made or atleast the project that your most proud of? It can even a single map or a contribution to another project if you want.

Hey all, BrassKnight here. I've been in Doomworld for about 4 years although it's technically 5 because I lurked here for a while. I got into Doom when I was around 14-15 years old during dinner when my dad mentioned the game, I started with the shareware version of Doom 1 and would discover source ports later on and moved to Doom 2. I started mapping 4 years ago out of pure boredom and would eventually release my first map in 2018, I'd made more ever since and I'm actually making a new map pack right now but I don't have any intention of showing anything about it yet because it's not even halfway done so stay tuned. Besides Doom, I draw stuff too and I've recently got back into it after months of burnout. I just started this February so I'm still a beginner. Another hobby I have is Profile editing, I've spent so much time messing with the About Me page of my profile that to this point, I'm probably the one person in this forums who spent so much effort for something like that. I like coffee creamy and a bit sweet with some sugar, I've brewed them a few times too. I also like to buy this sachet of coffee sometimes: It's sweet but not too sugary and it's has nice creamy touch to it, pretty cheap and tastes good. I don't like black coffee, a bit too bitter for my tongue.

Often times, I find villains and antagonists to be more interesting than protagonists. First time I had these kinds of feelings when I was a kid and an Angry Birds fan. I was always in the Green Pigs side and thought the Angry Birds were boring, just look at Bad Piggies and they're arguably the most advanced and intelligent civilization in the AB universe while the Birds to me are just "Me angry all the time, me protect eggs that never hatch, me get ma big slingshot" which is kind of boring to me sometimes. I've become even more part of the GP side when Bad Piggies released, best mobile game I've played in a while. It sucks that I heard Bad Piggies 2 was planned but cancelled, Rovio why you gotta be like that? :/

There's something I just remembered and it was custom themes, I remember getting C&C Tiberian Sun and getting GDI and NOD themed custom themes. I thought they were really cool and I'd always pick the NOD theme, there was even custom sound effects and icons to go along with it which was dope. Themes still exist today in Windows 10 but IMO they're not as interesting as old themes because they're mostly just wallpapers with some color changes to the UI.

Just recently came back from a drawing burn-out and I've also become a Touhou fan. At this point, I discovered a book called "How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way" and while I'm still not done with it, here's some of the exercises I had to do: I would apply some of the stuff I've learned and I like how they turn out, it's a pretty good book: I might post more soon but I have some schoolwork arriving recently and I have to finish by the end of the month, thought I'd let you guys know.
