Do you have the latest dev build? Only issue I am noticing now is that rightmost column of pixels.

Thanks, it's definitely a lot better. I did not know it's dynamic, I'll keep an eye out for any other oddities. EDIT: The rightmost column of pixels is still messed up sometimes. I'm not sure what it's actually showing. BTW, I don't know if you care about these but I know from extensive testing the palette indices used for the vanilla automap. Looking at am_map.c, for vanilla, am_backcolor should be 0; am_yourcolor is actually 209 instead of 208; and am_xhaircolor should be 96. You can verify these in linuxdoom source as well, obviously.

Red, surely you must realize that for a 30-year-old game this is inevitable. Yes, the search function exists, but I don't think there's any harm in getting new perspectives from time to time. Maybe that's just me tho.

Sorry for double post, but this effect is constant in the starting room of 100krevs.wad. Just a good reference. Also, I'd like to account for the palette indices for the ZDoom preset in my custom palette -- can you point me to what those are?

TBH my gripe isn't with the enemies themselves but how they're used. More specifically, Doom enemies usually stop being fun (at least for me) when I have to deal with them constantly in tight quarters, with the exception of the pinky/spectre.

I'm sure you probably already know about it, but latest dev builds with high resolution act quite funky. Not sure what causes it but it seems to slightly stretch and shrink in both directions briefly before going back to normal. Sometimes can see a column of pixels on the right which are clearly either from my desktop or something. Seems to happen most often after screen wipe effect.
