Look @ those screenies in doomsday

Damn no subject in replies. Anyway the thumbnails on my page will soon be redirecting to a lycospage where the full screenshots then will be loaded from, because of the datatraffic limit at geocities which apperntly works per hour.

For the subjects reason i'll be placing the screenies somewhere else asap. (@Rex) @ Erik (the modirator of this forum?) Well thanks a lot. Jdoom does enhance the screenies, but most of all the level and quality of play. We all know this. Yes, the maps are old and they're the first i've made ( a long time ago) Only fear2.wad and d38.wad qualify for multiplayer and yes there are better maps, but as said before they're my first three made with the by now ancient deu5.21 and they're now available to the community thanks to this homepage. You sure now how to motivate someone who might me willing to upgrade his ancient levels to higher quality and might be willing tobe posting over here at the forums and maybe get some tips for doing so. NOT. I'll be making new stuff this year, this time with a nice GUI editor :) Best regards to the community.

Which level editor do you prefer most?

Don't get me wrong, the editor is great. I would buy it if it were around 15 bucks, but it isn't! That's why i'm wondering if there is a crack...

Which level editor do you prefer most?

Does anyone have the "patch" for deepsea? please e-mail it to me: lowlandsrouter@yahoo.co.uk I think 39 bucks is to much money for this editor.

I like open air scenery in doom. Those maps breathe atmosphere, which is great in the doom 1 & 2 Recently i was playing the E3 alpha of doom3 and i noticed the absolute lack of this very atmosphere i also detected in your maps (@scientist). Can we do something about this? I guess it's to late. I think id should have stick with the original doom 1 and 2 color schemes with state of the art engine and light scenes for doom3 and should have grabbed back to doom 1 and 2 editing, maybe refine it like the guys from deepsea are doin'. As i've stated in the editing zone, i think object oriented editing should be a nice add-on, but the basic vertice mode really should not have been left out. (please correct me if i'm wrong or haven't discovered this mode)(this would be one great wake-up call:)
