Did you guys know that people are making DOOM levels for Serious Sam: The Second Encounter. There is a level called "Dead Serious" thats a Death-Match level. It's basically DOOM2's "Dead Simple". Pretty cool! The guy who did this level said he is thinking of doing the whole E1 episode of DOOM for SS:SE. Don't know what to think on that. Serious Sam is cool though. I like it alot. It is very weird to see DOOM levels with Serious Sam textures....... Back to editing, you son of a bizatch :-/ lol

Would anybody be interested in E1 community project? After the success off The Community Chest Mega-Wad, this would be a good thing. I love E1 style levels, and who doesn't? NovaShock isn't gonna be quit E1 style. The fist level may look like it some, but the second level will be totally not E1.

I know how to do this with DOOM. I use "dmmus" . I have "mustool" which is for DOOM2, but I can't get it to work. I gotta know the .mus names to be able to extract them. I know one is d_runnin right? I forgot the others. When I type: mustool -c It just goes back to the command line and doesn't say nothing. Can someone help me out? Is there a better program to extract the mus files from the DOOM2 IWAD?

I have turned into a regular on the DOOMWORLD,NEWDOOM, and SERIOUS SAM forums. At first I though they were stupid, but I should know you can't judge a book by it's cover! I now check them all the time for new topics and replys. I wait anxiously for a new post or topic. I am SERIOUSLY addicted to the doomWORLD of my NEWdoom hobby! Sounds cool, but a mega-wad on DOOM 2 doing the " Ultimate retelling of Ultimate DOOM" is not DOOM. I won't criticize it untill I play it though :)

yeah, it's more compliccated than it sounds.. I could have a thing where they write in the name of the wad. Hype it up so lots of ppl go there and vote. Tally up the 10 wads that were mentioned the most?
