There is a bug in map2, with missing yellow decor over the lava teleporters: https://i.imgur.com/j8VTTjW.png See here for explanation, and maybe refer to their fix to fix it in SIGIL (also there was a problem with some missing platform texture in that commit, I can see?).

I found something worth fixing: E1M8's map name (the file WILV07.lmp) has the first column of pixels colored red instead of grey, as you can see:
