Warning signs of a mostly nonsensical post. And people did have time in the past, else there'd be no Batman DooM. 1. DooM's power has not changed. 2. What's a Gigawad? 3. How would a powerful engine decrease the level's size? Why would you need Dehacked for that? All you need is zDooM slopes? Don't we already have those? Deep water effects+radsuits maybe... I don't think that's possible, unless you mean System Shock-like logs and journals...in which case R-ONE has beat you to the punch. Because coding other characters is a pain in the ass. No idea what you are talking about. Impossible in DooM2. Also, why a gif image? This cannot be done. Period. Why? Because it would piss folks the hell off. Not forgiven. People, let this be a sort of lesson--please, PLEASE know what you're talking about before you post. I've failed to do so before, and all that happens is you get laughed at and flamed. -
SMB is, quite simply, a breathtaking genius work of art that happens to use a DeHackEd patch which, as Cyb said, "the only purpose of which is to drive you insane". It's fun to give it a whirl once or twice and never ever touch it again.

As much as I want to slam you for being a shameless self-promoter, I must admit that is some excellent color coordination. My favorite? Hard, because I haven't been around as much as some people. I'll just take a stab in the dark, pretending to know what the hell I'm talking about, and name a famous wad everybody likes, such as Vrack.

You wouldn't be talking about the Singularity Generator by any chance, would you? Forget that. I want the voodoo doll and Life Leech. Also, TimeSplitters 2 has a brick that would be cool as a useless starting weapon, replacing the fist. -
NOTE TO ADMIN: I'm not sure where this goes, so I'm putting it in Source Ports. I want to ask Randy to change the chasecam. Now don't get me wrong, I think ZDooM's chasecam is just fine. Sorta Duke3d style. However, everybody knows the camera in the second demo at Duke's title screen is really godamn cool. Legacy's chasecam ({chase 1} at the console I think) works like a cross between that and the Resident Evil Camera--it finds a point of view in the map and switches to another location when the hero leaves the camera's POV. If ZDooM changed the chasecam command to include this--for example make it a cvar, where 0=off, 1=ZDooM and 2=Legacy--it would rock. So where does one ask this of Randy?

How obvious is it I'm taking Latin? :P Seriously, where the heck is the blogs forum? I expected to see it in the miscellaneous section of the board list, but it just ain't there. Was it removed because of abuse by spammers or what? And why is all this stuff banned? Exdee smilies, incorrect spelling of definite, etc. Where is the list of the 10 million rules of DW?

Yeah, I usually bind godmode to G, noclip to P, fly to Y, anubis to B, etc. It's really really useful.

That's what I meant. I doubt "mostly" includes running around Cyberdreams MAP30, in Degreelessness Mode, with a BFG in my hands. In my defense, I still can't figure out how the hell to beat that one. And that ROOOAAR at the beginning is fucking loud. And incidentally, why doesn't that size tag work? EDIT: Size tag has been removed.

Also ZDooM doesn't support changing cheat codes AFAIK. But only because it's too hard to remember the new cheats most of the time, and people would rather stick with good old IDDQD/IDKFA/etc. Who cheats anyway? *hides "WORLD'S BIGGEST FUCKING CHEATER" trophy* Damn, I can't believe I just bumped a 3-week old topic. Now I'm the fuckest :( If only post date was displayed more conspicously...
