Finally release a wad to the public.

Whenever I try to open the file and run through all the steps I get the same error "The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP140.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I have been trying for an hour now to try to get this to work, but I have still not been able to get it to. Any advice on how to fix it? Below this is a screenshot of the error.
