Hello there!
Could someone point me to pages where I could find general info on most popular newspapers and tabloids in UK (Sun, BBC, Dailies, etc.)
It would really help :D

The distinction between "quality (broadsheet)" and "tabloid ('popular')" may not be too clear any more, with The Times apparently going to go tabloid. And the existing tabloids certainly vary greatly in exactly how close to the gutter they are.
One notable thing about British press that is perhaps more marked than in many other countries is that most newspapers are quite open about their political slant, making no pretence of attempting to be balanced. Whether that's a good or a bad thing, I'm not sure. It's certainly better than them being biased but pretending not to be. -

Being unclear about political slant may also imply trying to reach a broader audience, plus more room to modify the paper's own slant.
