  1. So, my curiosity in D&D was piqued so I decided to check it out. Danarchy was nice enough to help me make a character, a bounty-hunter Ranger named Andros. He even created a special Craft for me (Ammunition)!

Andros comes from a society quite like many Native American societies with a mixture of Japanese culture as well. Though honor is an expected virtue, its interpretation is slightly different when it comes to the professions of warriors, assassins and bounty hunters in that actions that would normally be called dishonorable are allowed because the actions are justified by another strong cultural value of theirs, striving to perform the best as you can at your profession. This means that normally "dirty" tricks are not looked down upon in these trades. Andros was adopted into a slightly well-off middle-class family, granting him a slightly better education in more esoteric arts (in his village) such as basic chemistry, woodcarving and mathematics. Carrying a common war hatchet, a bow he made himself and a pistol (a rare weapon in his region). Though commonly he hunts criminals for a bounty, he may undertake assassinations, spying and other covert operations.

Well if there were guns and they were easily manufactured, then logically every army would have guns. Then it wouldn't be a medieval setting so much as an Age of Reason steampunk one.

Yeah, exactly. EDIT : damnit, forgot to edit this post.

But armies back then had gunners, they were just a specialized type of troop.

Did they also have Golems, Goblins, and enchanted items?
