  1. Yes, yes, the good news is a new gun, but the bad news it also didn't work properly when I test-fired it :( So I took it back, they're repairing it for free. It was jamming every 8th round. Anyway, they'll gimme a call when it's up and running again. I did manage to take some pics of it before I test-fired it.

It's a Yugoslavian 59/66 SKS, semi-automatic 7.62x39 carbine, fixed 10 round magazine. The sucker on the end is a Goddamn grenade launcher, shoots standard 22mm NATO rifle grenades ;-P It also has a folding bayonet.

Though it's Yugoslavian-made, the SKS is Russian-designed, thus I have an example of all three of the most widely-fielded Russian-designed arms in the world, the Mosin-Nagant (top), SKS (middle) and AK (bottom).

The SKS and AK-47 I have share the same 7.62x39 ammunition, but the design is completely different from the AK-47. I can't wait to get it back and in working condition.

I'm going to guess that you can't legally acquire grenades for it.

      It's in the constitution.

Yes, if I felt like paying a $200 tax per grenade, if I could actually find a supplier, and I'd have to be in one of the few states where said grenades are legal.
