What I meant is that engaging in any form with someone like Eraser described (a skinhead thug with possible intellectual and/or emotional disabilities) is gonna be either a waste of time, or a hazard.
At best, the words go in through one ear and out the other, or at worst you catch the enduring and negative attention from a guy like that, who's likely hateful, of poor intellect, and probably violent and impulsive. Who's to know he isn't gonna make a mental note of you that's gonna come back to you in some unpleasant way later?
Smoking up a joint, maybe he'll be calm at the moment, but I sure wouldn't go out of my way to interact with him at all, he's made up his little mind, and 'meth nazis' are far from peaceful. Daryl Davis I am not.

To anyone who has any interest in Doom gameplay mods and old Resident Evil, I really want to recommend trying out Shut Up And Bleed.
The base premise is about a self-aggrandizing wannabe tough guy, Rocko, he loves intimidating people with his fancied strength, but he is secretly an absolute coward who bluffs through any altercation. He gets killed and ends up in a hell of sorts, it's a lonely and bleak inbetween reality, where there's only him alone with the stalking horrors who are mostly all tougher than him.
The ordnance available is slightly unconventional, with a focus on handguns and somewhat oddball weapons. You have your starting .38 Special revolver, which you can upgrade into a carbine if you find a kit, and then there's some variably useful automatic pistols of different calibers. A weapon you may have to depend on a lot is a crossbow spreadgun, as well as a Minethrower, both like out of Resident Evil, as well as a sparkshot weapon which stuns enemies.
Stronger weapons include a flamethrower, rocket launcher, and a railgun, but with limited ammo.
With many disparate weapon and ammo types, and how you often find random loose handgun cartridges, you'll have to balance what you use, as you find less of the cooler and mightier ammo, which tends to have better effect. A weapon you'll have to use commonly is the rifle, which has a scope and some power, but has a fixed magazine which is slow to load, and you find hand grenades at times which you want to make the best of.
You're greatly encouraged to either desperately kite for close combat (repeatedly kicking to try to keep monsters away), or to try to run past enemies and maybe attempt to engage from a safer distance. Your options for fast and hard hitting weapons are limited and need to saved for tough spots.
(In this sense, I would recommend against playing this with slaughter, your means are limited and monsters are meaner).
The mod has a fantastic oppressive atmosphere. It blocks out music and uses a palette with muted colors, with good and spooky sound for all monsters. On odd occasion, what you thought was just a decoration can come alive and attack you.
With the ingame music muted, perhaps consider putting on some nicely ominous music in the background to complete the mood.

R.I.P. iSpook, Shut Up And Bleed was really cool and gave me tons of ideas.

I found your post because i heard knews about iSpook and tried to see if anyone on DW mentioned it.
Really awful that things turned out this way.

DW isn't hugely concerned with GzDoom gameplay mods, and intermingles little with those crowds, so that's probably why. This is Vanilla(ish) Town.
It turns out Spook passed away in his sleep back in June. Given computer troubles he had, a lot of people just assumed he was quiet because of that, until his brother logged into his accounts very recently.
