    This was a very nice map! Some texture misalignments here and there but nothing major. I would recommend to make some bigger rooms next time. The library was very crammed sometimes. I espacially enjoyed your traps, gave me some plutonia vibes.
  4. Wich port is the most vanilla? Because I want to keep it as Doom original as I can?
  5. Another Doom wad I made. I started working on it, the day I posted my second level and it's name is the "Cursed Cathedral". I took most of the feedback in consideration. The rooms are bigger, more detail and I changed the lighting here and there. The theme is a hellish building and the map is quite dark. I wan't to get even better at map making, so any kind of feedback and critique would be kind. Now the technical aspects: -I tested the wad with ZDoom, GZDoom and Brutal Doom so I think most DOOM ports will work. -The format is DOOM II and you should use DOOM II as Iwad. -This time the map is MAP01 so you should just start a new game. -The map gets quite hard in the later parts. The difficulty could be compared to the harder levels of Doom II. But I would still recommend to play it on Ultra Violence for maximum enjoyment. -The lenght for a blind run is between 30 minutes and 1 hour. (If you go for 100%) CursedCathedral.rar

    my first map

    I played your map and I must say it is very good for your first map (mine was way worse haha). But there were some doors that had too large door tracks. Bugs: I couldn't open the door to the room with the two former soldiers. (Idk if this was intentional.)

    [WIP] 10-minute maps megawad

    Nice levels even though you only worked like 10 minutes for each of them. Definetly excited for the rest of them! But I couldn't figure out, how to open one secret. The first one in the last level behind the green wall.

  9. Wait I'll install this version real fast, I only have the 4.5.0 #Edit I just tried it and it functioned perfectly have you ever had similar problems? btw. I have maximum number of posts per day. Didn't know this is a thing

  11. You just have to go to the pillar and activate it with space or e.
  12. This is my second DOOM wad I ever made. It isn't really long and not that hard. But I still had fun making it. I noticed some flaws but I still want to hear the opinion of others, to make a better DOOM map next time. -I tested the wad with ZDoom, GZDoom and Brutal Doom so I think most DOOM ports will work. -The format is DOOM 2 and you should use DOOM 2 as Iwad. -The mapset is Map 02 because I planned to make this a Episode but later scrapped the idea. (To select the level you have to open the console and type in IDCLEV 02) -Like I said this map isn't that hard and it's most enjoyable on ultra violence. To compare the difficulty I would say like DOOM episode 3. DOOMmap.zip
