  1. Ever since my car accident, I've been dreading inclement weather. And now it's spring, which I hated already but this is just about unbearable. They tell you that it's like arthritis; well, I hope I die before I get old. It's not a dull ache or even a discomfort. It's a sharp, stabbing pain. The same kind of irritating, throbbing pangs I dealt with when my ribs were mending. Ugh.

      Well, it could be Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Did your ribs have metal implanted in them?

      Or it could be that the tick got lucky and hit blue blood, so now the bite will take longer to heal. No, my ribs have no metal in them.
