    Doomsday 1.8.0 is released

Hello! Doomsday 1.8.0 is released: http://www.doomsdayhq.com/news.php?id=348 Greetings Funduke
  5. I have some Doom wads and i want to know, who created them originally. The guys that have released them didn't say, who made them originally. I only know, that they didn't made them on their own but modified them by placing more monsters in them. I want to find out, from what wad(s) these levels have been ripped off. Is there a tool that can create bmp/gif/jpg-pictures of the map-layouts of doom-wads? I have thousands of doom wads and want to compare them quickly. Pictures of the layouts will be helpful to compare them. Any other suggestion, how to find out the original authors will be welcome. Greetings Funduke

    How to compare Wads?

Wow! Thank you for the very qick answer! :) Is it possible, to do it in a dos/batch-file-way. As i mentioned above, there are thousends of wads to compare. Having pictures would enable me to look at them with a program, that can show me thumbnails and i would have a quicker overview. Greetings Funduke
