  1. what's a humain way to kill a mouse that has been cought in a mouse trap that 'didn't quite kill it'? the poor bastared is still kicking around. I feel I need to end his suffring.

      I think so. I read that when a human being dies of asphyxiation, the lack of oxygen in the brain creates a hallucination that we all heard of as the 'light at the end of the tunnel'. What better way to die, than dying tripping?

      Actually, I should have done what my since teacher did to kill lab rats:

      Grab it by the tail, find a hard surface and 'connect' them at a high velocity.

      like I said, it didn't. but it was mortally wounded and probably in a lot of pain.

      I can vouch for that. while I haven't used poisons (I've got two dogs, and I'd be afraid that they might get a mouse after it's eaten the bait) the little buggers keep dying in the walls and smelling for weeks.

      Also, I've got these plastic traps that the mice seem to be able to get around. I keep finding them sill set with the bait gone. :/
