    This friday I will be moving to a new city and getting out of my parents home for the first time. And this isn't for school or anything like that - its simply for the experience and getting out on my own.

    As I sit around packing up my belongings, I'm finding myself getting choked up over old memeories. I'm really going to miss my parents and living here. Unlike a lot of friends of mine, I don't have any problems with my parents. Its just time for me to get out I guess - but I wasn't expecting this sudden rush of emotion from everything.

    Oh well, it should be interesting. Luckily I have a girlfriend who is going to help me which I'm thankful for. I look forward to living in a bigger city and meeting some cool people. One thing I'm not looking forward to is my crappy job that I'm transfering to. But we can't have it all, right?

    PS I'm 21.

    And I just realized I'm not going to have internet again for another 2 weeks after I leave this friday. That's like a million years for a guy like me ;)

      Dude, if you can, see if you can find a cheap or free dial-up ISP for a temp set-up while you get a REAL ISP.

      I moved last fall (almost a year already, jesus christ), I was without the internet for a week or so...if someone can't live with that, they need help.

      Heh I'm moving to Fargo ND by the way. 300 mile drive from where I currently am.

    Today I had my wisdom teeth pulled. 3 in all. Mindblowing pain.

    And now I have a salty, bloody mouth that makes me look like a vampire.

    Has anyone else had their wisdom teeth pulled? How long does this pain usually last as I am getting tired of drinking water and eating yogurt and applesauces.

      Its day 4 now. I brushed my teeth today and they bled. Not sure exactly what bled, but it was oozing for a little bit and then stopped altogether.

      Seeing how I'm this far along, hopefully that wasn't a blood clot getting undone as I've been very easy on my mouth the past few days.

      It says in my little handibook that the swelling goes down after today and I start healing, so that's good.

      I just want to eat a cheeseburger :(

      I'm just guessing from the smell of dead rats in my attic :P . Although I didnt actually eat them of course. That would have taken at least a five dollar bribe
