Heh people are stupid. All Disney is doing by refusing to release it is what every person prays for, Free Advertising. Like Al Franken's Book, fewer people would have known about it if Fox news hadn't pasted its cover a bajillion times all over it's airwaves. You can't even buy this kind of exposure.

Indeed, It sure didn't hurt "Stupid White Men".

      Uhhh, join the army?

DISAGREED. That's somebody else disciplining you. "Self-discipline" is a super-ego thing. The only way to "get" it is to just exercise it. It's something that's extremely hard to do, and is often brought on more by necessity than by choice. I see all the time where I should have exercised more self-discipline. I think the best way to get it probably starts with acknowledging mistakes made because of the lack of it. Plenty of realizations about responsibility that one has in life lead to exercising a little more of it. Mostly it involves realizing a greater responsibility to humanity, but it's likely to start with things like washing the dishes for your mom because she can't always be there to do it, or feeding your cat or dog or whatever, cleaning your room... (Yeah, I know you aren't a kid, those are just examples.)

Routine seems to help a bit. You're up and doing SOMETHING and that makes it easier to keep that momentum for things that you need to do that are out of the routine.
