Okay, not sure if this belongs here or not, but if it doesn't it will probably be moved. Anyway, I have a few questions about copyrights. For the past several years I've been filming various stunts and whatnot to mass produce and sell. Recently however I've gotten trouble from someone involved with my filming. Now onto my questions. Since some camerawork is not my own will I still able to have it copyrighted to me because it was all being filmed for me? If so, if said person(s) attempt using the things filmed in anyway I do not want them to do I have the right to sue them?
