Mine was when i was being terrorised by an Imp, and insted of pulling out my shotgun. I whiped out a Flashlight. I know it's extremly stupid to do something like thant but oh well. I'm not normally that clumsey.

Well since iv'e posted a Most annoying way you've died thread. I thought why not balance the equation. for me, it was later in the game. The area where you retrieve the door panel in CPU Processing was insane for me. I smelled a trap the moment I saw the Trite holes. I quickly dashed in, grabbed the door panel and dashed out of the room hearing the trites come out behind me. I started blasting the trites when I heard something teleport in behind me. I figured it was just an imp and switched to my shotty from my machine gun. IT WAS A FRIGGIN ARCHVILE! I quickly switched to my chainsaw since it was point-blanc and sawed away while taking hits from imps, cherubs, and trites. By the time I killed the archvile, I was down to about 30 health, but my soulcube was charged. I launched it at the imp I saw, switched to my shotty and killed the trites and cherubs left as my life recovered. I got out of that battle with seventy something health. THAT was the most intense firefight I've ever been in while playing Doom 3.

I am low on health and walk over to the health dispenser on the wall I start clicking away really fast my health is jumping 10 at a time, I hear a noise. My FPS instint tells me to back up, but Im still clicking away at the health. BOOM my shotgun roars in my ears. God damn it, I hear a gun shot so flipping close to me, I freak out and takes 1/2 a second to realize I fired off a shot. thought some zsec guy snook up on me.

That would be uber hard while one hammers you with his flame attack. The other one would be busy spawning, hellspawn. So by the time you've killed the 1st one you'll get swamped by the second.....

If i play Doom 3 on a ATI Radeon 9800XT 128mb will the game crash or play awkwardly because i'm using an ATI card.

Those words are just too true....Not to worry anyway as there making a mod for doom using the glorious doom 3 engine. All the original enemies will be there from doom nothing changed from them apart from the graphics.

Fine then i guess you win. But in the old dooms they were made like serious sam. Hordes of enemies charging at you. but in this new one they are going for a more realistic feel i'm not saying demons and shit is realistic though.

Yes well you say the old doom guy could outrun his rockets, but in the old doom the projectiles travelled much slower.

Thats happend a lot recently the older versions of newer games arn't as creativly as good as the old ones.
