I did find the room and found him. I just didn't jump into what appeared to be a big pit. I took the leap and ended up on the other side of the locked door <shrug>.

I'm in the post hell Lab Section 2 and am at the door that requires Pierce Rogers security access. I can't find the PDA anywhere in the areas I have access to. I have found Richard Davis' PDA but can't find Pierce Rogers. Anyone remember where they found it?
