it is banned on my pc i use my phone right now i cant open the site on my pc on every way so yes it is not a alt

so i had been banned on my pc and it show spam i dont know why it was affter people fixed me and i understood but than i when i got back on the website affter like 2 weeks i have been banned please i want my account back on my pc can some one tell me how do i fix it it show 1 point given as penalty what dose that mean am a new user so please i need help i dont understand

so they added doom eternal to epic games so i had gotten it but when i run it it say it is running but it dont load up i tried to update my drivers get new ones running from the exe but it get me stuck on press left click i tried disable and enable the driver and more so i want to know if some one had this problom dont matter epic games or steam or if you know how to fix it please i dont want to refund doom eternal becuse it dont work so please tell me if anyone know how to fix it
