i finally got doom 3 to _start_ on my slackware 10 box, running on an Athlon XP 1600+ @1526Mhz, 768M Ram, ATI radeon 8500 64mb. The game starts and after about a minute it makes it to the cd-key screen. At first I thought the mouse & keyboard weren't working, but they are working, just so slowly that they appear not to be. I literally wait 1 minute after hitting a key or moving the mouse before the action actually happens. Is this a known issue or is there some sort of way to fix it? I've attached a copy of the doom3 log and the output from glxinfo, if there is anything else that would be helpful let me know.
