    eh, I've never seen a map which has enough detail to make ZDoom crash, and ones like Deus Vult don't even seem to slow down for me at all. Yes, that's on map05. But anyway, yes, I am addicted to high detail, but not to such a degree that I place something every 8 map pixels.

    It was, but it conked out while uploading to the archives and so it got rejected. Looks like it happened while uploading it to your site too, since it screws up about halfway through the download for me too. Could you try re-uploading it please, I really enjoyed the first release.

    All of those except for the flak gun (and the P.A.A.W if you don't use dehsupp) can already be done with ZDoom, as long as you don't mind getting rid of the old weapons. I'd like to see an AOL disc launcher. "Free ammo in the mail... might as well use it"

    Oh, and you should look at Rampage Doom before you go anywhere on your mod. I know it's for Doom 2 and not 3, but it's a good example of how NOT to make a mod where you play as a demon. Don't make the mistakes the DRE guy did. Please. *begs*

    MUS/MID files are supported by vanilla Doom2, and ZDoom (and possibly some other ports) support OGG, MP3 and MOD as well. Take the tune of your choice and put it into XWE and rename it D_RUNNIN (this is the important part since Doom2 will only recognise music files which have exactly the same name as the originals, unless you use ZDoom and know how to use the MAPINFO lump), then play the wad, go to the first level and voila, your tune should work...
