Engine : Skulltag Mode of play : Survival Players : 2-4 is best Objective : Try and make an enjoyable map. This map is for skulltag, has about a weeks worth of work put into it so far. Domination Duel 5 is a duel pack containing 15 maps total that I have been working on. I have been updating the thread on skulltag.com but I decided to make one here too. Anyways, this wad has been in progress for a pretty long time now and I am really working hard on getting it out soon. Made for competative 1v1 or deathmatch play on skulltag. The wad iself is made for focus on gameplay, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to try to make it at least look decent. I still have work to do but expect this wad some time this year or early 2009 the latest. I have been working on the next installment of my Domination Duel series and after reaching three maps I(with much outside persuasion) have decided to not only post about it here, but also release a 3 map Demo. Like all other Domination Duel maps, all maps in this pack are centered on GAMEPLAY. There is more detailing in this pack than the others however. These are small to medium sized duel maps designed around flow and fast gameplay, although they can be played any way you desire. There will be 12 maps total this go around. Most using a gothic texture theme, like the other Domination Duel maps. However they won't all be gothic style, there will be some variation of course. This is a skulltag wad as it uses not only skulltag textures but runes and other powerups. Anyways, I would really like some feedback on this wad. I'm not sure I like all of the minor height variation in that first shot. That stuff dampers mobility, and dampering mobility dampers gameplay. Also I don't think that water texture is meshing well.(shot3) [shot 4] Again, those trees may cause mobility issues, maybe reduce them? Other than that, looks great.
