Jeff (not his real name, but a variation so he doesn't come and kill me) got in a fight with Nivek Ogre, the lead 'singer' for Skinny Puppy & ohGr.
I called my 2nd cousin Jeff from the back of my grandma's car. She had given me $100 to spend on presents my parents couldn't find for me. The original 2 CD's i wanted were Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works '85-'92, and Skinny Puppy - VIVIsectVI. He told me i could get them both at A&B Sound, if SAW wasn't picked over.
Now here's what you need to know about Jeff. He's a former drug addict. He did alto of hard drugs and got into a terrible motercycle accident that dammaged his brain and his sense of inhibition. He once ate an entire cheesecake and drank 4 litres of cola in one sitting.
So Jeff tells me over the phone that he actually met Ogre once. Jeff asked him what was the largest crowd he had played in front of (he didn't know about Skinny Puppy's fame, nor did he care), and Ogre said "uh...probably about 10,000 at one show". Jeff then boasted that he played in front to 35,000 people.
my cousin got in an arguement and pissed off Nivek Ogre.
at A&B sound, I found VIVIsectVI in the electronica section, but SAW was picked over. I got Bob Dylan's "Blonde on Blonde" instead (the SACD remaster).
Also what I received for christmas:

The Catcher in the Rye, by J.D. Salinger
