  1. Just bought this 1080P 24" HDMI screen for $150 (typically $600).
    Photo linked because of size
How? Bought it off a friend who had no room for it, after he got it with a new computer.
One thing to note though, is that this screen is more TV then computer monitor. It even has a TV antenna connection and remote, however its sold as a computer monitor. I'm not complaining, because it works rather well with my Xbox360/Commodore 64 (when I can be bothered hooking it up again), but it feels like I'll never end up using half the features.
Oh well. At least its a decent screen I can afford for once.

Yeah, I got a great deal on my 1080p 32" LCD last year (about $550) but prices are dropping fast. For a little more, I could get a 42".

Good find, but that monitor is gawdy as hell. But then again, so is the rest of your setup. I didn't pay much more for my 23 inch widescreen, brand new though. Newegg specials are pretty great.

I would say thats mostly coincidence, as I just keep picking up new stuff depending on what I see. Not so much impulse buying, but more 'one mans garbage' type collecting.
