I find it interesting that people have a problem with calling the union between same sex couples "marriage". The word, like every other word in the dictionary changes meaning over time. In 1297 marriage was . . . "When two people are under the influence of the most violent, most insane, most delusive, and most transient of passions, they are required to swear that they will remain in that excited, abnormal, and exhausting condition until death do them part." [G.B. Shaw]!! According to encyclopedic sourses, marriage is a "socially sanctioned union that reproduces the family (an ever changing structure)", which "is usually heterosexual and entails exclusive rights and duties of sexual performance." Now, if someone married just get a green card and didn´t embark upon the expectations set out in dictionary terms, you wouldn´t not call it marriage - or would you? I dont see why we can´t call it marriage? I celebrate christmas but not christ - should i call it something else?

Surely its just down to the classic old nature/nuture debate? Its just down to preference - i mean i may be a straight man but that doesn´t mean im attracted to every girl. In fact where i come from there is a real shortage of hot women!

My great great great grandfather´s brother was Obi-Wan Kenobi. Unfortunatly i inherited no Jedi powers, only the surname, which among my mothers side gossips to exist by deed poll. I just think they´re jealous . . .

Mmm thanks - was thinking it was time for a career move. Prhaps now is as better time as any . . . if i get there before you guys ill let you know how much i get paid and if the money is worth it!

Because if they are dead, the need to not eat to remain dead? Perhaps if the dead exist in some realm of the living (dead) then if they eat say, an apple, or a twix, all the sugar will either catapult them back into the living (and so be alive) or will be such a shock to the system - they will merely fade away into nothingness. . .

Why on earth would anyone want to substitute the taste of beer for chocolate!?
