I was having trouble sleeping the past few weeks, until I found a classical music station and began listening to it in bed. Just not thinking about anything and listening to the music seems to work great. Anyone else do anything like this?

I've almost never heard anyone badmouth classical.
I have heard people badmouth classical music because it's so old. Oh noes, we can't have anyone on earth that likes anything OLD can we?

By the time I get home in the afternoon, I never have any trouble falling asleep.
