Since the website software has been updated I was wondering if it is possible to shut down/delete Doomworld accounts if requested by the user? I'm thinking about shutting down my account and I was wondering if it's possible and who I should contact with to do so.
If not, are there any other means of locking up an account other than intentionally changing the password to something ridiculous/unmemorable?
Sorry if these questions are answered in the FAQ page, I didn't bother to look there.

Aside of Phade102's highly insinuative comments, I'm not sure if a ban is going to do you any good, because if for some reason you need to leave this place behind for good, but you can't do so on your own, a ban won't do much, since you could basically just register another account and hop right back on track.

Thank you for your input, I appreciate it. I was merely asking if an account can be shut down by request since the forums have been updated and I assumed maybe this feature is available to the forums users, I really didn't have any other intentions.
