So, I had a one tooth dental implant put in about two years ago. A couple of days ago it fell out. It turns out that the dentist broke a part of the drill bit off in my jaw when he was drilling for the implant. The implant fell out because I have a aggressive infection. The infection actually caused bone loss in the area around the implant. I had a hour and a half surgery to dig out the drill bit today. I'll be on antibiotics for the next three weeks. If the antibiotics work, I should see some bone grow back and be able to have another implant installed. If I do not have enough bone growth, they will have to go in and rebuild that part of my jaw and reinstall the implant.

Yeah you got to stay on top of those guys, don't soften your stance toward them until you get advice from a legal professional or another doctor's opinion
If you are allergic to opioids, well that's not the end of it as you know. But seriously Rx aspirin, you might as well buy dollar store aspirin and take 10 at a time. At least it has zero side-effects, per se. Here are some alternative pain-reducers:- Endorphins. You should increase the amount of exercise you do every single day, never let up. The body can be the best source of painkillers.
- Dextromethorphan HBr in syrup form, gelcaps are even better. Maybe 150 mg - 300 mg. Make sure you don't drive. It's a joke they sell it to treat cough/cold, it is a potent analgesic and serotonin reuptake inhibitor.
- 2-5 grams of Kratom plant in powder form, made into a hot tea, simmer for 20 minutes. Ideally you consume all the Kratom along with the tea but don't bother consuming the stuff raw it will barely deliver effects. It is a natural opioid, it feels dreamy and narcotic-like. A lot of junkies use Kratom to come off of opiates/opioid pills & powders.
