Vulgar theory

I noticed that there was no information on the wiki regarding why the vulgar teleports in with a green effect rather than red, and dissolves with a yellow effect like when souls are sucked up with the artifact.

Is there some known reason for this, something that's supposed to be different about them from the other demons?

I like to think that when you use the artifact to collect souls you are sending the souls to hell or purgatory, where they get turned into vulgars.

The teleportation effect matches their plasma color, which is also a greenish turquoise.

Yeah, it's weird, but maybe it's just so they stand out from other demons. I think Vulgars should have the same teleport color as every other monster, because you can already tell which foe is going to appear from that cian-ish colored effect, and I prefer not to know what is about to spawn.
