Doom Builder DEMO.WAD

Does anyone know where I can find DEMO.WAD for the Doom Builder guide (the pdf file)? I can't seem to find it now that Dr. Sleep's pages are gone. Or if anyone knows of a similar tutorial (with an accompanying demo map), that would be fine too.
