[DB1] ActiveX Issue

Look, I know DB1 isn't supported officially anymore, but I like to use it to get my basic layout in, but (for a few months now) it's been giving me this error message

I looked for hours for a way to fix it but nothing has worked, the thing is, it just started doing that randomly, I have no idea what I did.
Also: I'm running Vista Home Premium

It does that on purpose, because you must use Doom Builder 2 by now.

In all seriousness, I don't know either. It was not made for Vista, so you can't expect it to work really. Maybe try reinstalling using the tutorial on this forum.
