Why the textures placed in the wad with Load (raw data) in XWE don't appear in Doom Builder (or DB 2)?

What format were the files in before you imported them? Loading raw files means that there is no conversion being done when it's inserted. Doombuilder probably doesn't recognize the type of file that you've inserted.

Did you remember to add them to pnames and texture1 or whatever?

Is that format even supported by whatever Doom port you're using? It's definitely not supported by vanilla, and I know support for it is deliberately not implemented in ZDoom (use PNGs instead, they take less disk space).
