Tool for Boom animation lumps

This is something I made back at 2005 for school, and never got around to releasing. It's a simple notepad-like Windows tool for editing Boom animation defs and saving them as .lmp. It can't insert them directly into a wad though, that was beyond my abilities. =p Plus I ran out of time. Could still be useful to some though.
