What more can be said? If you can diagnose the issue and the solution from this:

Why does doom builder 2 scramble textures after you load them sometimes and can this be avoided?


Then feel free to do so. I unfortunately do not share your psychic powers and is unable to help the OP more.

Since you are mapping for ZDoom, make your textures in the PNG format. Then start up XWE, make two new lumps, TX_START and TX_END, and load them in between by using Load(raw data).
